Who is responsible
This website is operated on behalf of the owners of Mas El Regalo, a rural estate in Ibi, Alicante, Spain. Enquiries about privacy can be sent through the contact form on this site.
What we collect
Only what you send us. The contact form stores your name, email address, optional telephone number and country, the subject of your enquiry and your message. No account is created and no payment details are ever collected.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and to keep a record of the correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and your consent, which you give when you send the form.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as they remain relevant to the project, and are deleted on request. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Who sees it
Only the people responsible for the estate. Your enquiry is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers, and it is never added to a marketing list without your explicit request.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your language choice and your cookie preference in your browser’s local storage, which is strictly necessary for the site to behave as you asked. If you choose “accept all”, we additionally record anonymous page statistics, which pages are read, with no personal identifiers.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our holding it. Requests are answered within one month.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated. This notice should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before the estate goes into full operation.
