The Vision
A place to think clearly
Coaching, rest, real food and long days outdoors, at a scale the estate can carry without being consumed by it.
Our vision
Preserving the Past. Creating the Future.
Some places are more than buildings. They carry the character of a landscape, the memory of generations and the promise of something yet to come.
Mas El Regalo is one of those places.
Our vision is to restore this historic estate with respect for its architectural identity, while thoughtfully creating a destination for retreat, reflection and renewal.
The project brings together the timeless character of a Spanish country estate with a contemporary approach to wellbeing, hospitality and connection with nature.
A new chapter is taking shape, one carefully considered step at a time.
The idea
Small on purpose
The estate does not need to become a resort to be worthwhile. The plan is a retreat of modest capacity: a handful of rooms, one kitchen, a few spaces for guided work, and an enormous amount of landscape to use.
That is a deliberate limit. Small is what makes the experience intimate, and what keeps the buildings honest.
Personal development and coaching
Individual and small-group programmes focused on clarity, direction and sustainable pace, led by practitioners rather than performers.
Rest and recovery
Silence, cool rooms, good beds and empty hours. Recovery is treated as the programme, not as an optional extra.
Healthy food from the estate
Seasonal cooking built on the estate’s own oil, the region’s produce and a kitchen that does not chase trends.
Nature and physical work
Walking, terraces, groves and physical involvement in the place itself, which does more for a busy mind than any seminar.
A different kind of retreat
Time to Pause. Space to Reconnect.
Mas El Regalo is being envisioned as a private retreat where people can step away from the pressures of everyday life and reconnect with what matters.
The future experience will bring together personal coaching, thoughtfully prepared food, relaxation, nature and refined hospitality in the unique setting of a historic estate.
The intention is not to fill every hour with activities, but to create the space for people to reflect, recharge and find a healthier balance.
Through carefully designed programmes and a considered approach to hospitality, Mas El Regalo aims to become a destination where personal development and the pleasure of slowing down belong together.
The retreat is currently in development. Further details about the programmes and the guest experience will be shared as the project progresses.

A day on the estate
Unhurried by design
- Morning
- Early light, coffee in the gallery, a walk before the day has opinions about you.
- Midday
- Coaching or guided work in the coolest hours, then a long table and food grown nearby.
- Late afternoon
- Time in the groves or on the terraces, or nothing at all.
- Evening
- Supper, low light, and a hillside that goes completely quiet after dark.
Scale and discretion
A retreat that does not announce itself
No signage, no queues, no public restaurant, no events programme. Guests come for a defined reason and are looked after quietly.
The estate will remain a private place first and a hosting place second. That ordering is the whole idea.

Next
Everything starts with the groves
Verdi, the estate’s own olive oil, is the first product of the land that the project will bring to the market.
